Your Role:
As a Robotics Engineer - Navigation - Intern, you will be at the forefront of improving our SLAM stack. Your responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Work with RGBD sensors, e.g. for obstacle avoidance, localization
- Work with data from LiDARS
- Work with path planning and painting movement optimization
- Improve our SLAM stack and work with nav2

- Work remotely, but sometimes work with the robot will be necessary
- Work with SLAM and nav2 on a holonomic robot in highly unstructured environments
What We're Looking For:
- 📚 Relevant (ongoing) education, ideally robotics or software engineering
- 🛠️ Proactive problem-solving attitude
- 🛠️ An eye for details and aesthetics
- 💻 Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python
- 💻 Feeling comfortable working in a Linux environment
- 💻 Familiarity with Git
- 🤖 Experience with ROS2
- 🤖 Experience working with SLAM, and the nav2 stack
- 🗣 Fluent in English
